Revenue Share Partnership

• Agent shall serve as the exclusive travel agent for the Client’s golf travel program, 

overseeing the design, coordination, and execution of all club travel experiences. A minimum 

two-year term is required, with two trips per year. 

• Agent will manage all bookings, vendor relationships, and participant services on behalf of 

the Client.

• Compensation will be based on a revenue share model, calculated as a percentage of net trip 

revenue (total participant revenue less direct hard costs).

• The revenue share percentage will be mutually agreed upon and applied across all programs.

• Agent retains control of pricing and program structure to ensure quality, consistency, and 

overall viability.

• A minimum margin will be maintained to support proper execution and service levels.

Agent shall curate, design, and manage bespoke golf travel experiences on behalf of the Client, delivering a highly tailored and elevated experience for participating members.

Services include, but are not limited to: securing preferred access to premier golf tee times; sourcing and confirming luxury accommodations; comprehensive ground transportation planning, including airport arrivals and departures; custom itinerary design with thoughtfully curated daily programming; seamless group logistics management; and refined dining recommendations and reservations. Agent will also provide detailed trip communications, including personalized pre-departure materials and ongoing participant support throughout the experience.

Agent will oversee the full lifecycle of each program, from initial concept through execution, ensuring a polished, effortless experience that reflects the standards and expectations of a private club environment.

Additional services may be incorporated to further enhance the program, including on-site hosting, flight coordination, on-course tournament design (with buy-ins coordinated through Client or members), curated leisure experiences and excursions, and private or off-site dining experiences.
